Official Rock Band Drum Silencers?

While perusing the website of a particular retail gamestore
, I happened to notice that they were selling what appears to be an officially licensed Rock Band Drum Silencer package. It looks like they will be available for purchase on May 12th for $19.99 from your favorite retailers.
At first glance, it appears that the official Rock Band Drum Silencers are similar to the Foam & Felt mod. However, we really won’t know what they are made of until they are released as PDP aka Pelican and Harmonix have not released any information on it what so ever.
JP is hopelessly addicted to rocking out!

I really like the “unofficial” drum silencers from http://www.drumpads4rockband.com.
There’s still no more information available for the “official” Rock Band drum pad silencers, but I have to admit that I do like the Rock Band logo in the center of the pads.
Igor4 – I’m not to sure how well the foam pads from drumpads4rockband.com would be for sound dampening compared to ones with the felt on top like the Foam & Felt mod that we describe how to create here: http://www.rockbandmods.net/drums/foam-felt-drum-silencers. However, if you happen to be associated with that company and would like to provide a set for comparison purposes, we would gladly do a review.
