UPDATE: May 8th - According to Harmonix the Disturbed Free Track Promotion from Best Buy is exclusive to Xbox 360 owners and exactly what two tracks will be made free is still being determined, seeing as how the disturbed site and Best Buy promotion list two different tracks.  However, you don’t have to pre-order the cd to get the tracks as they will be available for purchase from the Rock Band store the same week that they are made available to those who pre-ordered.  That pertains to Playstations 3 owners as well as Xbox 360 owners.
